Boil Water Notice
May 28, 2026
PB&SC Water has issued a Boil Water Notice for customers in the FM 946/Willow Springs area due to a 4 inch main line break.
The Texas Commission on Enviromental Quality has required PB&SC Water Supply to notify all customers in the afftected area to boil their water prior to consumption (e.g. washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc). Children, seniors and persons with weakend immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria and all customers should follow these directions.
To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and ice making should be boiled and cooled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. The water should be brought to a rigorous rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes.
When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, PB&SC Water officials will notify customers that the water is safe for drinking and human consumption purposes.
Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly.
If you have any questions concerning this matter you may contact PB&SC Water at (936)377-4811.

Main Line Break
May 28, 2026
Attention customers:
We have a main line break in the area of FM 946 & Willow Springs. You may experience little to no water pressure while the repair is being made. We have no ETA on the repair, but the crew is out now. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The water will be restored as soon as possible. Thank you.
Water Usage
May 26, 2026
Good afternoon customers,
Water production in March was 33% higher than February. Water production in April was 19% higher than March. We think most of the increase is due to watering grass. With the rain we've received lately, please do not water. Please do not run your sprinkler systems on automatic. Run only when necessary.
Thank you for your cooperation!
