Good afternoon customers! We have located the main line break. We are currently waiting for dig test to come and locate all other utility lines. Once that has been done, our contractors will be able to start making the repair. We have no set ETA, hopefully within a few hours the water will back on. We apologize about the inconvenience.

Good morning customers!
We have received multiple calls from customers on Well #4 about little to no water pressure. We are investigating to locate the issue. Once located, repairs will be made. We have no ETA at this point. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Boil Water Notice

PB&SC Water has issued a boil water notice for all members along Highway 156. Water had to be shut off to repair a crack in a 4 inch water main. Six feet of the line had to be changed out. The repairs are done. Water will be back on soon.
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required PB&SC Water to notify all customer in the affect are to boil their water prior to consumption (e.g. washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc.) Children, seniors and persons with weakend immune systems are particulatrly vulnerable to harmful bacteria and all customers should follow these directions.
To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking and ice making should be boiled and cooled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. The water shoul be brought to a rigorous rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes.
When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, PB&SC Water officials will notify customers that the water is safe for drinking and human consumption purposes.
Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly.
