Customers on Well #2 please be advised a contractor has hit our main line. You may experience low water pressure and/or no water. Our contractor is aware and in route to make the needed repairs. We apologize for the inconvenience.

PB&SC Water has issued a boil water notice for:
All on Well #1 due to SHECO breaking the PB&SC Water line - twice.
All on Well #4 due to a PB&SC water line parting.
All on Well #2 due to a contractor breaking the PB&SC water line.
In each break the system pressure was lost.
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required PB&SC Water Supply to notify all customers in the affected area to boil their water prior to consumption (e.g. washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc). Children, seniors and persons with weakend immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria and all customers should follow these directions.
To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking cooking and ice makeing should be boiled and cooled prior to use for drinking water or human consumptions purposes. The water should be brought to a vigorous rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes.
When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, PB&SC Water officials will notify customers that the water is safe for drinking and human consumptions purposes.
Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly.
